Description
Passito bianco IGT Veneto, 12.5% ABV, produced by Pra Graziano. 100% Garganega, 0.375 l bottle, 2021 vintage. A sweet wine that enchants with its finesse and complexity, a true jewel of the Veneto region. Producer Graziano Prà, with his passion and dedication, has created a passito that best expresses the characteristics of the terroir. Harvested in mid-September, soft pressing, fermentation and aging in stainless steel. The aroma is a triumph of apricot and nectarine jams, wildflower and acacia honey, candied yellow citrus fruits, and dried fruit. Golden in color. On the palate, it is dense and rich in extract, with a balance and persistence that make it unique.

"I admire wine, I respect it, and try to bring out what is already written in the soil it is born and grows in. For me, this interpretation of wine was part of a long road, along which my point of reference was the modern sense of a vine grower: the person who oversees and manages each step of the wine, from its production to its transformation, and finally to its sale."
