Nose of great class, inanella sensations of morello cherry and black cherry, pot-pourri, touches of ginger and cardamom, citrus and traits of tobacco.

The taste is radiant, with fresh acidity, responsive to the micron, with well combed tannins and hints of blood orange and cocoa to say the least insistent.

Poggio di Sotto was founded after years of research to find the best soil conditions in Montalcino, exposition on the South and micro-climate most suitable to reach an ideal and balanced maturation of the Sangiovese grape variety.
