Description
A still organic white wine from the heart of the Marche region, 13.5% ABV, produced by Pievalta. 100% Verdicchio, a grape variety that expresses all its minerality here. Vintage 2021. Pievalta was founded in 2002 and its history is linked to that of Barone Pizzini, who chose Castelli di Jesi, recognizing the great potential of Verdicchio as one of Italy's most important native grape varieties. Soft pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Aging: 29 months in stainless steel on its lees and 6 months in bottle. The nose offers hints of peach, apricot, and aromatic herbs. Straw yellow. Savory and very persistent.
