Description
Classic method brut rosé sparkling wine, 12% ABV, produced by Pierre Ponnelle in Burgundy. Blend: 100% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. Pierre Ponnelle was the first selector and merchant of Burgundy grapes (Négociant) and uses only Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes for his sparkling wines. The winery's aging cellars are located in the basement of the Cathedral of Notre Dame de Beaune, once the winemaking heritage of the Cistercian monks, now owned by the Maison. Persistent perlage. On the nose, aromas of red fruits are detected, accompanied by hints of berries. Bright pink color. On the palate, the wine is fresh and has excellent persistence.
