Philippe Pacalet is a Vigneron who is part of the young people who started making wine in Burgundy. He is just over 40 years old, he was previously the director of Domaine Pieuré Roch (until 1999), Domaine of Properties of Henri-Frédéric Roch, one of the people who takes care of the Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. Now Pacalet has various plots for rent in various areas of Burgundy, from which it collects the grapes which, vinified with wisdom, go to produce its "natural" wines. Read more
