Description
Still red from Trentino-Alto Adige, 13.5% ABV, produced by Pfitscher. 100% Pinot Noir, 2022 vintage. A Pinot Noir Riserva born from the passion of a family of winemakers since 1861. Temperature-controlled fermentation with pressing of the pomace for approximately 14-16 days in special barrels. Aged for 12-15 months in oak and for a few months in bottle. On the nose, blackberry fruit, licorice, undergrowth, and a light spice anticipate a medium-bodied, discreetly tannic, balanced, and refined palate, as is typical of this grape variety.
