Description
Still white wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 14% ABV, produced by Paraschos. 100% Pinot Grigio, 2021 vintage. A wine born from the passion of Evangelos Paraschos, a winemaker since 1979, for the Collio region. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in oak vats with the skins, without forced cooling and without the addition of selected yeasts. Aged in large Slavonian oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months on its lees. A Pinot Grigio Riserva that best expresses the characteristics of the grape variety and terroir.

- Start up year: 1998
Founded in 1998 by the Greek Evangelos Paraschos, winemaker from 1979, and his family, collaborate together in producing natural wines, following the old traditional wine-making methods of the Collio and Vipava region. We have always been careful in the vinegrowing respecting the environment and the same vines. From 2003 also in the winery we don't use any kind of chemical treatment.
