Pacherhof’s wine-growing estate is located in Neustift, slightly higher than Brixen. The estate has been going since 1142 and is managed by the Huber Family. Cellar master Andreas Huber cultivates excellent white grape varieties on a cultivated area of 8 hectares.

Pacherhof’s natural potential lies in its vineyards in the best locations, in its gravelly soil rich in minerals and in its special micro climates. The natural diversity and the uncompromising striving for quality by Andreas Huber, the son, form the basis for exclusive white wines full of character.
