Description
Still white wine from the Aosta Valley, 14.5% ABV, produced by Ottin. 100% Petite Arvine, 2023 vintage. A wine born from the passion of a family of mountain winemakers for generations. 7 months in stainless steel, 7 months on the lees, 4 months in bottle. Full and clear nose: verbena, lemon balm, lemon balm, golden delicious apple, plum, face powder, mountain flowers, and mineral salts. Bright straw-yellow in the glass, with a balanced and warm alcohol content on the palate, with the inevitable citrus-mineral punctuation maintaining its tension.
