Description
Sparkling organic rosé from the Champagne region, 12% ABV, produced by Horiot Olivier et Serge. 100% Pinot Noir, 2019 vintage. A Rosé des Riceys that embodies the excellence of the Champagne region, with a special focus on organic production and the valorization of Pinot Noir. The most interesting Rosé des Riceys and Coteaux-Champenois (unfiltered), vinified by leeu-dit, are found at this committed artisan: they have the lively vegetal flavor and aromatic finesse of northern Pinot Noirs, once widely produced in the region. On the nose, aromas of red fruits recall the freshness and liveliness of this wine. A salmon pink color anticipates the delicacy and elegance of the palate. On the palate, the wine is rich and elegant, with a pleasant finish.
