Wine-growing has a long tradition in Nalles, and can be dated back to the Roman times where it was known due to its position along the trade route: Via Appia.

Climate From continental to sub-Mediterranean, the climate is characterised by warm days and cool nights. Altitude: 330 – 400 m. a.s.l. Exposure: East / South-East.
Soil composition Deep alluvial fan carved out by the Sirmian and Nalles stream.
Wine making The grapes are harvested by hand. Afterwards, the clarified must is fermented for around three weeks in stainless steel tanks.
