A careful reading of the territory, Giorgio Melandri has designed and built vineyards in all three valleys (Acerata, Tramazzo, Ibola) that climb from Modigliana up to the Apennines, with the aim of producing three San.giovese, one for each valley, each bearing the originality of its vineyard.

The meticulous selection of grapes is followed by long macerations and only cement for ageing. Then the taste of waiting.

Mutiliana is part of the Stella dell'Appennino (Star of the Apennines) association, which brings together the municipality's rpdoutori (wine growers) and works to protect the territory and its wine production. Read more
