Description
Organic still red wine from Sicily, 13.5% ABV, 100% Nero d'Avola, produced by Mandrarossa (Settesoli). A wine that expresses the strength and intensity of Nero d'Avola, grown with passion and respect for the environment. Harvested in the first week of September. Maceration and fermentation for 6-8 days at a temperature of 22-25°C. Aged in steel tanks for 3-5 months. 2024 vintage. Captivating on the nose, with notes of black cherry, plum, and red mulberry. The color is intense red with purple reflections. On the palate, it is smooth, with distinct aromas of plum and red mulberry.
