Description
Still organic red from the Rhone Valley, 12.5% ABV, produced by M. Chapoutier. 100% Syrah. 0.75L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine born from the passion of Michel Chapoutier, a unique man with a great thirst for knowledge. The grapes are hand-picked when fully ripe. This Crozes-Hermitage is vinified traditionally with pumping over in concrete tanks and aged primarily in concrete tanks for approximately 12 months. Red fruits, blackcurrant, and raspberry are followed by aromas of violet. Ample and rounded, with a finish of cooked fruit and vanilla.
