Description
Classic Method Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine from Emilia-Romagna, 12.5% ABV, produced by Lungoparma. Blend: 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle. A Brut Rosé that celebrates the art of sparkling winemaking, with a fine perlage and a bouquet evoking the freshness of fruit. The grapes are hand-picked into small crates. A portion of the Pinot Noir grapes are vinified with cold maceration on the skins. The remaining Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are then fermented off the skins in stainless steel and cold-fermented at a controlled temperature. Blending and secondary fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method with the addition of selected yeasts. A fruity bouquet delicately reveals hints of strawberry, pomegranate, and berries with traces of minerality. The flavor is rich, creamy, and lively.
