Description
Still white wine from Pouilly-Fuissé, Burgundy, 13% ABV, produced by Les Heritiers du Comte Lafon. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine born from Dominique Lafon's passion for the Mâconnais, combining the finesse and depth typical of great Burgundy wines. Alcoholic fermentation in barriques using indigenous yeasts, aging for 1 year in barrels and 6 months in stainless steel tanks. The aromas range from light hints of almond, brioche, and green apple, complemented by subtle notes of acacia and jasmine. Golden yellow in color. On the palate, it is light-bodied, tending towards medium, fresh, with a typically regional minerality.
