Description
Valle d'Aosta DOC still rosé, 11.5% ABV, produced by Les Cretes. Blend of Petit Rouge and Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle, 2024 vintage. A rosé born from the passion of the Charrère family, who have been wisely passing down traditions, values, and love for the environment since 1750. The grapes used in the blend come from different clones of native varieties, grown in old vines, which contribute to its remarkable sensory complexity. Three hours of skin maceration of whole grapes chilled in the press. Fermentation for 12 days in stainless steel at a temperature of 14°C. Aged "sur lies" for 2 months. Delicate, pleasant, floral, and fruity on the nose with clear notes of strawberry, currant, and white melon. Bright, pale antique pink. Fresh and pleasant on the palate with notes of white peach, fine structure, good acidity, and a savory finish.
