Description
Still red wine from the Aosta Valley DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Les Cretes. 100% Pinot Noir, a grape variety that finds unique expression in this terroir. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. The history of the Charrère family since 1750 still today sees respect for traditions, values, and the environment, handed down with wisdom for 6 generations. Fermentation for 80 days in stainless steel (controlled temperature 30°C), daily pumping over. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel. Ruby red. Fruity on the nose (hints of small forest fruits (marasca cherry), delicate aroma of spices (green pepper). On the palate, velvety, full-bodied, and soft. The taste and aroma precisely recall the varietal.
