Story | This Pinot Gris is the fruit of our alpine terroir with a clear varietal identity: its grapes are harvested when fully ripe and, after a night of cooling, are pressed whole, to preserve their precious and very delicate aromatic complement. The yield of the 2018 vintage is low because these are new vineyards, in their first year of production, which replaced the old vines that gave birth to our Pinot Grigio Vigne Brulant in 1994. |
