Description
AOC Champagne, 12.5% ABV, produced by Legrand Latour. 2020 vintage. A Blanc de Blancs that celebrates the excellence of Chardonnay, with a fine perlage and a unique minerality. For four generations, we have strived to cultivate the vines and produce our champagnes respecting tradition, applying new processing techniques and modernizing the house's equipment. On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit are accompanied by hints of yeast reminiscent of the long aging on the lees. Straw yellow in color with golden highlights. On the palate, the wine is rich, long, and mineral, with a persistence that invites another sip.

Having the honour of being the representative of Champagne Legrand-Latour today, it is my duty to preserve the values we hold dear. My father's passion for researching fossils in our terroir led me, through a geo-oenological approach, to express the influence of this Champagne subsoil, rich in fossils, and to highlight the mineral expression of our champagnes.
