Description
A Franciacorta brut sparkling wine, 12.5% ABV, produced by Le Marchesine. Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, and Pinot Noir. 1.50L magnum. A Franciacorta that celebrates the Biatta family's winemaking tradition, dating back to 1985. The initial nose reveals sweet notes, marzipan, open flowers, broom, and honeysuckle; the finish is elegant, complex, and refined; later, nougat, chopped hazelnuts, and spices emerge, along with candied ginger blending with citron. On the palate, it is savory and smooth, with both the impact and finish enveloping and creamy. It is decidedly versatile, combining great drinkability with intense aromas, finishing tasty and quite full, with hints of acacia and macadamia nuts.
