Description
Still organic white wine made from Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC, 13% ABV, produced by La Staffa. 100% Verdicchio. 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Verdicchio Riserva born from the passion of Riccardo Baldi, who lovingly cultivates twelve hectares of vineyards in Staffolo, Marche. Manual harvesting and fermentation in concrete vats create a wine that best expresses the terroir. A distinctive aroma profile draws on varietal notes of yellow peach pulp and fresh stone, flowering broom shrubs, medicinal herbs with cereals, and a rich mineral-rich vein of limestone. A luminous golden color. The intense, fresh, and savory progression, well-balanced by glycerine notes, lends a dynamic sip, while the finish is long and rich with mineral and fruity echoes.
