Description
Aromatic dry still white wine from the Aosta Valley DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by La Crotta di Vegneron. 100% Moscato Bianco/Moscato Reale, 2024 vintage. A wine that expresses the soul of the Aosta Valley, fruit of the passion of a cooperative of winemakers who have been cultivating vines in this Alpine region for generations. In stainless steel, with cold pre-fermentation maceration on the skins for 36-48 hours. Fermentation at 12-16°C. Aged for 5 months in stainless steel, keeping the wine on the fine fermentation lees with frequent "batonnages". Impressive, refined, aromatic, floral, fruity. Notes of apricot, sage, thyme, and peach are evident. Straw yellow with greenish highlights, crystalline. Full-bodied, consistent, dry, delicately alcoholic, and fresh. Finish: freshness, aromatics, elegant flavor.
