On the nose, it unfolds aromas of wild rose, cured ham, mulberry, red currant, peony, pepper, and pink grapefruit, a complex and captivating bouquet. The color is an incredibly delicate pink. On the palate, it offers delicate notes of honey, citrus, and dried fruit, amplified by an extremely fine bubble.
