Description
Brut Champagne made using the classic method, produced by Jean Milan. 12% ABV, 100% Chardonnay. 0.75L bottle. A tribute to the Champagne tradition, this brut reveals the mastery of a family that has been producing excellent champagne for over 155 years. Aged on the lees for approximately 36 months. The aroma evokes white flowers, pear, and toasted bread, a bouquet that anticipates a creamy, citrusy finish. A timeless classic, perfect for celebrating any special occasion.

Traditional pressing on our old presses is the first step in a long process. Hand-picking is a priority for us in order to select the most beautiful fruits whatever the year. The juice trickling down the sides of the press is a magical moment which represents the starting point of several years of care necessary to the elaboration of our Champagnes.
It is thanks to a precise "artisanal" vinification that the wine destined for our blends or selected years will assert their character and develop their future aromas.
All this work, nourished by passion and tradition, is carried out by us, as our family has always wished, so that the family signature marks the style of our Champagnes, from the vine to your flute. Read more
