Still red from Burgundy, 13% ABV, produced by Hubert Lignier. 100% Pinot Noir, a wine that embodies the elegance and complexity of great Burgundy wines. Father-and-son duo Hubert and Laurent Lignier manage 9 hectares and produce 24 wines (Bourgogne, village, premier, and grand cru). The vineyards have been cultivated since the 1990s, without herbicides or insecticides. Our climates and the soils of our great terroirs are rigorously respected to favor microorganisms and thus the balance essential to vine growth. Since 2011, we have been using organic protective treatments. On the nose, aromas of red fruit, accompanied by notes of licorice, anticipate an intense palate. Ruby red in color. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and energetic, with a structure that promises a long evolution.
