A classic method sparkling rosé brut, produced by Henriot in the Champagne region of France. 2012 vintage, 12% ABV. An explosion of aromas that captures the essence of the house, with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, a complex and pleasantly fruity intensity, with aromas of red and black fruits such as raspberries, strawberries, and black cherries, as well as freshly squeezed citrus fruits such as pink grapefruit and mandarin. Vegetal notes such as blackcurrant buds and cloves follow, accompanied by the delicate powdery scent of iris, concluding with intense notes of candied fruit. A pale pink color with coppery highlights. On the palate, it is well-balanced and has a remarkable, almost insistent, persistence, with pleasant balsamic and floral notes that herald spicy aromas and a pleasing freshness. The finish prolongs the pleasure with sweetness.

  • Start up year: 1808
In 1808, Apolline, the widow of Nicolas Henriot, took over the wine estate and founded the House of Henriot, spreading its reputation to the greatest royal courts in Europe. In 1880, Marie Marguet married Paul Henriot, bringing with her some of the best Chardonnay plots on the Côte des Blancs hillsides: the style of the House's wines was born. The Henriot family has been deploying its wine-producing expertise and conquering new markets worldwide for eight generations.
