Description
A classic method sparkling rosé brut, produced by Henriot in the Champagne region of France. 2012 vintage, 12% ABV. An explosion of aromas that captures the essence of the house, with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, a complex and pleasantly fruity intensity, with aromas of red and black fruits such as raspberries, strawberries, and black cherries, as well as freshly squeezed citrus fruits such as pink grapefruit and mandarin. Vegetal notes such as blackcurrant buds and cloves follow, accompanied by the delicate powdery scent of iris, concluding with intense notes of candied fruit. A pale pink color with coppery highlights. On the palate, it is well-balanced and has a remarkable, almost insistent, persistence, with pleasant balsamic and floral notes that herald spicy aromas and a pleasing freshness. The finish prolongs the pleasure with sweetness.
