Charmat Method Extra Brut sparkling wine from Oltrepò Pavese DOC, 12% ABV, produced by Losito and Guarini, 2024 vintage. A Pinot Noir that celebrates the Italian sparkling wine tradition, with a fine effervescence and a flavor that captivates from the first sip. Slow fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. Secondary fermentation using the Charmat Method. Aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Intense and fruity, with hints of exotic fruit and mineral notes that enhance its freshness. Lively, balanced, and persistent flavor, perfect for pairing with aperitifs and light dishes.
