Glen Elgin Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 18 years old, produced in Scotland. A limited edition that celebrates the history of an iconic distillery. Vanilla notes on the nose, accompanied by sweet honey notes and hints of oak, blend into an elegant and complex bouquet. A dark amber color heralds an intense tasting experience. The palate is persistent, accompanied by sweet honey aromas on the nose, vanilla notes, and hints of oak.

From this winery
The distillery was part of the three now disappeared, which still survived in Inverness in the 1980s. The first forty years of the distillery were troubled, between fires, financial difficulties and mill conversion, only in 1884 began a steady activity. The distillery was closed in 1983 and then demolished two years later. The best-known bottling is part of the series of Rare Malts even though there are several independent bottles. Read more
