"Négociant of grapes" is Gaierhof’s philosophy since the establishment of the company. The Togn family has forged a privileged relationship with local winegrowers, who provide Gaierhof with the best grapes production after decades of a relationship based on mutual trust.

Wine making Soft pressing of the whole grapes is followed by cold static decantation of the must, which is then fermented in stainless steel at 16 degrees with selected yeasts for about 10 days.
