Description
Still red wine from Alto Adige DOC, 14% ABV, produced by Franz Haas. 100% Pinot Noir, 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Pinot Noir born from the passion of a family that has been making wine for seven generations, with a tireless pursuit of perfection. The grapes are vinified in open tanks where the fermenting must comes into contact with the skins through frequent pumping over and punching down. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred from stainless steel to barriques where malolactic fermentation takes place and then aged for 12 months. Its bouquet seduces with complex and layered fruit aromas, such as ripe berries and cherries, along with spicy notes of pepper and leather. Ruby red in color, varying from pale to intense depending on the vintage. On the palate, the wine excites with its enveloping tannins, elegance and finesse, and its harmonious structure and body, which give it a very long life.
