Description
Still white wine from the Terre Siciliane IGT, 12.5% ABV, produced by Frank Cornelissen. Blend: 50% Carricante, 50% Grecanico Dorato. 0.75L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine born from the passion of a producer who believed in Etna long before it was a renowned winegrowing region. Destemming and gentle pressing. Fermentation with maceration on the skins and only indigenous yeasts for approximately 3 days. Aged in neutral fiberglass tanks holding 1,500 to 4,500 liters for approximately 16 months. A white wine that expresses the character of the terroir, with a label that tells its story.
