Description
Foradori Fontanasanta Nosiola 2024, an organic still white wine produced by Elisabetta Foradori, a winery that has always championed the Trentino-Alto Adige region. This wine, made from Nosiola grapes grown in Mezzolombardo, is an authentic expression of the grape variety and terroir. The grapes are vinified with eight months of maceration on the skins in terracotta amphorae. A lively succession of notes of pome fruit, exotic fruit, citrus, and green peppercorn, star anise, aromatic herbs, and a hint of minerality unfold. The palate is unyielding, intense in its aromas, dictated by just the right amount of freshness and a lasting finish. A wine that tells the story of a family and a region.
