Biodynamic, extra brut, classic method rosé champagne produced by Fleury Pere & Fils in the Champagne region of France. 0.75L bottle. Made using the saignée method, this Rosé de Saignée is made from 100% Pinot Noir. A delicious bouquet of fresh red fruits, blackcurrant, and plum tart. Bright ruby color. The aromas combine rich vinosity with a delicate touch of sweetness on the finish. Liqueur dosage: 2g/L. Awarded 93/100 by Decanter.
