Still white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 12.5% ABV, produced by Elena Walch. 100% Müller Thurgau, an aromatic varietal that perfectly expresses the freshness and minerality of the Dolomite soils. Vintage 2023. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully vinified to preserve the varietal's aromas and delicacy. Intriguing aromas, with notes of aromatic herbs, nutmeg, and hints of apricot. Straw yellow in color. The wine's freshness lends youth and delicate structure to every sip.
