Description

Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Riserva DOC, a still white wine produced by Edoardo Dottori in the Marche region. 0.75-liter bottle, 2023 vintage. A Verdicchio Riserva made from organically grown grapes, respecting ancient traditions. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. It ferments and ages for a year in concrete barrels on its lees. It then ages in the bottle for at least a year.
