Description

Still white wine made from Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Edoardo Dottori. Blend: 85% Verdicchio Bianco, Malvasia, and Trebbiano Toscano. 0.75L bottle, 2023 vintage. A Verdicchio born from a passion for the Marche region and its ancient traditions, with a focus on the environment and biodiversity. Soft pressing of the grapes, cold static decantation, and spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts. It ferments and rests for 6 months in stainless steel on its fine lees.
