Alsace AOC, 13% ABV, produced by Maison AM & Cave de Pfaff, 100% Riesling. 2022 vintage. A Schoenenbourg Grand Cru Riesling that expresses the complexity of the Alsatian terroir. Aged on the fine lees for 6 months plus another 6 months in vats before bottling. Intense aromas of apricot, yellow and white fruit, fine spices, curry, saffron, ginger, and incense. Deep, brilliant gold color. Broad and harmonious flavor, with a lively, spicy finish. Perfect with fish, shellfish, and cheeses.

At the end of the war, two of the biggest names in viticulture in Riquewihr, René Dopff and the widow Irion, joined forces to found Dopff & Irion. One of their first decisions was to acquire Riquewihr's historic chateau.
