Description
A dry still white wine from the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer region in Germany, 11% ABV, produced by Dönnhoff. 100% Riesling. A wine that represents the excellence of German Riesling, a tribute to the passion and dedication of Helmut Dönnhoff, a living legend of German winemaking. The bouquet is distinctive, featuring chiseled citrus aromas of white peach and fresh white flowers, layered with stony mineral nuances of chives and fresh ginger. It has a pale, crystalline greenish yellow color. Dry, not very warm, and not very smooth, it attacks the palate with its usual frankness, developing a youthful, frank, characteristically tart and acidulous flavor.
