A still biodynamic white from the Jura, France, 15% ABV, 100% Savagnin, produced by Domaine Pignier. Vintage 2018, 0.75L bottle. A wine born from a family history dating back to 1794, when the Pignier family acquired the monks' vineyards. Aged for 36 months in oak barrels under a layer of yeast, without the addition of yeast, sugar, or other oenological additives. A refined yet powerful citrus nose. Golden straw color. Candied citrus and walnut notes on the palate, with extraordinary length, remarkable smoothness, and precision.

Todayās 37-acre vineyard still covers the slopes of Montaigu in the CĆ“tes du Jura appellation area. In keeping with our estateās philosophy, the vineyard is cultivated biodynamically and the wines age in oak barrels in the 700-year-old cellar. We, Marie Florence, Antoine and Jean Etienne Pignier are today perpetuating our family tradition.
