Description
Still organic red from the Rhône, 13.5% ABV, produced by Domaine Lionnet. 100% Syrah. 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Cornas that expresses the power and intensity of Syrah, with an environmentally friendly approach. Since 2009, the estate has been certified organic by écocert. The color is very deep, a dark purple robe with violet reflections. The nose offers an intense expression of fruit, sometimes kirsch, sometimes candied, enlivened by floral, balsamic, and spicy notes: used wood, faded rose, cherries in alcohol, marshmallows and candied fruit, Szechuan berries, and licorice. The broad, full-bodied palate is characterized by sweetness and warm richness.
