Still red from Burgundy, 13% ABV, produced by Hubert Lignier. 100% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Premier Cru from Morey Saint-Denis that embodies the elegance and complexity of Burgundian Pinot Noir. Father-and-son duo Hubert and Laurent Lignier manage 9 hectares and produce 24 wines (Bourgogne, village, premier, and grand cru). The vineyards have been cultivated since the 1990s, without herbicides or insecticides. On the nose, aromas of red fruit are accompanied by notes of licorice, anticipating a full-bodied palate with good acidity.
