A complex blend of sweet spices and aromas of red fruits such as cherries with mineral notes, all underscored by hints of vanilla. Deep red color with purple highlights. Full-bodied on the palate with spicy flavors. A wine that expresses the elegance and finesse of the Loire terroir.

Located in Restigné, in the Bourgueil appellation, la Chevalerie is a long family history, which began here nearly 400 years ago. From this lineage of winegrowers, we have inherited invaluable know-how and in-depth knowledge of each of the parcels of our estate.

Today the adventure continues with Pierre Caslot and his children, two generations united to exploit this magnificent 38 hectare estate and perpetuate the family tradition.
