Description

This AOC Marsannay of Winery Bart is a product obtained from pure pinot noir grapes. This product deserves an important treatment, in fact 25% of the rasps are left to macerate during fermentation. An excellent expression of pinot black of the burgundy.

The nose shows a menthol and spicy timbre, emanates aromas of berries, fresh wild berries, floral aromas.

Taste

On the palate complex but still ending, the grain of tannins is thin and has a good balance between density and acidity; evolves over its length. The final is long and persistent.

16 - 18 °C.
