Description
Classic Method Extra Brut Champagne, produced by Delouvin Nowack Champagne in the Marne Valley, France. 100% Pinot Meunier. 0.75L bottle. A tribute to Pinot Meunier, the area's flagship grape, vinified with passion by Bertrand Delouvin, a winemaker who has been producing highly refined champagnes for generations. Fine perlage. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by sweet brioche notes reminiscent of the long lees aging. Bright straw yellow. On the palate, the wine is rich, enveloping, and persistent, with a complexity that invites a second sip.
