From this winery
Damna Lunae: "the setting of the moon". It derives from a compound word of Latin origin that literally means "the setting of the moon". We chose this name to emphasize the importance that the moon has for us during our work in the vineyard and in the cellar.

Our family business was founded at the end of the 1990s, incorporating old plots of uncultivated and wooded land located in Frattina di Pravisdomini. Always passionate about the world of wine, the Antonioli Family saw in this countryside the right place to cultivate its own vineyards, while safeguarding the great biodiversity that characterized this area.

Over the years, the idea of producing wine from our own grapes has become increasingly consolidated, in order to fully enhance all the work, dedication, and attention to detail that distinguish every small winemaker. Organic cultivation means taking care of the soil and the various environmental resources. By using products of natural origin, the goal is to recreate a balanced and fertile environment, which—through the presence of beneficial organisms—can be ideal for the development of the vine.
