Description
Brut Champagne made using the classic method from Colin Champagne, from the Champagne region of France, 12% ABV, 0.75L bottle. A blend of 67% Chardonnay and 33% Pinot Meunier. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, it ages on the lees for 18-30 months. The aromatic profile oscillates between floral aromas and delicious fruity notes. The nose is rich with notes of flowers, eucalyptus, apricot, white peach, barley sugar, quince, and candied fruit. The velvety smoothness of this balanced champagne comes to life on the palate. Awarded 90/100 by Hachette and 91/100 by Wine Spectator.
