The soil is ploughed and grazed. A vegetal cover, controlled between the rows, preserves the flora and activates soil life. The work of pruning, sprouting and trellising is rigorous.
This technique makes it possible to regulate production and aerate the vegetation and the grapes to achieve perfect ripeness and health. After manual harvesting, the sorting guarantees the respect and integrity of the grapes until pressing (White and Rosé) or in the vat (Red). Thus, vinification and ageing take place in a simple but precise manner. Read more
