From this winery
It all began in 1929 with an estate that had been cultivating vines since antiquity and which in 1955 was awarded the Cru Classé label in recognition of the authenticity and quality of its products.
When Brigitte and Jean-Pierre Fayard discovered Château Sainte Marguerite in 1977, they fell in love with it immediately and the beginning of an adventure that would be carried out as a family.
Over the years, each of the children and spouses joined the project and put their skills at the service of the estate in all sectors of activity (viticulture, oenology, design, commerce, etc.).
The Fayard family is a living force driven by enthusiasm, rigour, perseverance and passion, always striving for excellence.
In March 2020, Château Sainte Marguerite will unveil a new showcase, dedicated to the production of great wines and an extraordinary experience. Discover our vineyard, our cellar and our winery in one place and enjoy an unforgettable wine tasting. Read more
