Description
Still red wine from Pauillac, a prestigious Bordeaux appellation, 13.5% ABV, produced by Chateau Grand-Puy Ducasse. Blend: 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc. 0.75L bottle, 2021 vintage. A wine that embodies the elegance and longevity of great Bordeaux wines, classified as a Grand Cru Classé in 1855. Harvested exclusively by hand, maceration lasts approximately three weeks, and maturation in French oak barrels (75% new each vintage) for 16 to 18 months. The bouquet releases aromas of ripe red fruit, violets, and spices, enriched by an attractive, fresh minerality. A deep, brilliant ruby color. On the palate, the attack is precise, clean, and long, with ripe, melted tannins.
